There is a tone to this movie, Cole, and i see your anger. But I don't believe this is a message movie at all. I don't think you should read too much into it. It is one man's story--that's all. Like much of his other works. Mr. Payne draws an idiosyncratic portrait that feels authentic and is, at times, sharply humorous. BB
