Edina Monsoon owns a publicity firm... Outrageously funny and irreverent British television comedy about two wildly unbridled clothes mavens who refuse to give up their bad habits from the 1960s. Edina Monsoon owns a publicity firm and Patsy Stone is a consultant for a fashion magazine that she rarely visits. While the divorced Edina must contend with her nagging ultra-conservative daughter and daffy mother, Patsy is free to pursue men for one-night stands. Mostly, though, the chain-smoking pair spend their time shopping at expensive stores, appearing at trendy restaurants and nightclubs, and hanging out at Edina's house -- all the while consuming vast amounts of alcohol and drugs, and wisecracking about everyone around them.
