Despite the change in plans, Kaoru and Aoi seem destined for each other. They live together, along with Kaoru's other friends (who are all female) and a permissive guardian. In these episodes, Kaoru and Aoi share a date that winds up in a hotel. Later, the roommates visit a hot springs spa and Kaoru mistakenly catches the girls in compromising positions. The gang shares a laugh when they take digital pictures of each other in costumes. Kaoru's racy American classmate, Tina, returns to the US and everyone worries about her.
