Movie Info

Three college roommates vow to make their graduation an event to remember - and maybe even find lasting love - during a blow-out beach party in this coming of age sex comedy featuring music by Love and Rockets, Otis Redding, and George Lowell. On the eve of graduation, lonely California college student Molly (The Bangles' Susanna Hoffs) is depressed by the fact that, despite being surrounded by boys for four years, she's never had a lasting romance. Realizing that this may be her last chance to find the man of her dreams, Molly convinces her fun-loving roommates Gina (Joan Cusack) and Val (Dedee Pheiffer) that they should hit the beach for the wildest party of the year. Even if Molly doesn't manage to find Mr. Right, she's determined to have the time of her life trying.more

Mrs. Hoffs should not make jokes about film making.

A perfectly dreadful film whose chief selling point is that it's the first starring role for Bangles lead singer Susanna Hoffs and that the director is none other than Mom, Tamar Simon Hoffs.

Hard to say what this is really, except maybe an inadvertent documentary on child abuse.

I had a HUGE crush on Susanna Hoffs when this came out, and I still ended up hating the movie.

Audience Reviews for The Allnighter

A predictable story, boring characters, and it's not all that exciting or funny either. I didn't care for this movie, and I do not recommend it.

Susanna Hoffs, lead singer of the 80's band The Bangles, plays the lead role in this tacky comedy about the last party before college graduation. The characters are one-dimensional, the story is boring, and the comedy is low-key. The plot is almost nonexistent. Hoffs is a wonderful singer with good range; she's a terrible actress with no range. She surely looks good though :)

The best part was when she was dancing in front of the mirror after that i dont know what happened in the movie so 2 thumbs up baby [img][/img]
