Any frothy rage or eagerness to make a change from this skipped-stone, scatterbrained social-agitation documentary dissipates on contact, as soon as credits roll. And that's a shame, honestly...
A hard-hitting and distressing documentary about what lies behind infrastructure failures in New Orleans and elsewhere in America.
After seeing this, one can't help wondering about the wisdom of spending billions on infrastructure renewal if these are the people who will be entrusted with it.
This documentary will infuriate those that watch it. Very informative, but also frustrating because you can't help but feel the system will never change. Well pieced together.
