Slightly better than the second, with a few extremely funny moments (i.e., Stifler dancing, "bachelor party"), but lost a little steam towards the end.

Grade = 6.5/10

Jim e Michelle vão se casar e Stifler acaba arrumando uma grande confusão e quase acaba com o casamento, porém o mesmo se redime e usa o time de futebol para fazer com que tudo corra certo...

The weakest film of the saga (discounting the horrible spin-offs) features too many gags from Stifler, who has just turned into a parody of himself. Whereas the story has evolved more, now dealing with marriages and adult compromises, the original cast has lost its brilliance. Characters such as Kevin have almost nothing to do here, whilst some others (Oz) do not even show up. Still, it is the most crazy story of all the quadrilogy.

a decent continuation of the original story line

A great addition in its own right. The American Pie series has a way of making any situation comical, and The Wedding is no different. So good, in fact, that nostalgia will start pulling at your sleeve even before the movie is over.

Jim has finally proposed to Michelle and the old gang is back to celebrate. Can Jim survive Stifler's bachelor party, meeting Michelle's parents and learning to dance. This movie has funny jokes and it's enjoyable.

American Wedding takes a step aside from the normal plot formula of the Pie movies, and i don't real know how, but with the absence of many characters, you'd think it would be a let down, but Wedding is just as funny -If not funnier- as the first, with more daring gags and some absolutely stupid stuff you'd expect from American Pie. In a good way.

Ignoring some character existence and making it the stifler show was ill-advised but it was funny

Jim & Michelle's wedding plans turn interesting when Stifler gets involved.

At the time American Wedding came out it appeared to be the perfect wrap-up to the series and all good things came in threes. Jim had proposed to Michelle (through a somewhat typically embarrassing moment in a fancy restaurant) and the American Pie characters (those who remained) were now involved with the wedding preparations. Cue the formula that ran successfully in the previous two instalments.

For whatever reason though, this outing appears to be the Stifler show with his character taking much of centre stage throughout. It's really about his quest to get with Michelle's sister and putting on a false persona to do so. I guess it works and there probably is only so much that Jim's character could do if he were to carry the film.

What results is lots of crude humour, more bare skin and a scene involving dog poo that's best forgotten (and easily avoidable in a real world situation surely!)

American Wedding brought the trilogy to a decent end - until someone reopened the book with the Reunion.

With this installment, the sweetness actually feels genuine, and the laughs are bigger than they've ever been. And when I tell you that this is the most mature film of the franchise, keep in mind that I mean maturity in the context of American Pie.

I liked it, nice seeing the characters grow up.. Sort of.

Retains a great amount of momentum even though it's the sequel to a sequel, this film is quite funny even though it's recycling some of the same material of its predecessors. Where's Oz?

Almost as good as the original, Wedding decides to have Jim and Michelle marry in this one, and what happens at the wedding is purely hilarious and comical genius. Of course, the movie is raunchy and crude as usual, but to be honest, we're all used to it by now.

While still funny its the weakest of the series as our favourite teens begin to grow up, but they still manage to get in the most ridiculous of situations!

just too much of the mess and less of any sense basically :/

a nice and funny slice of pie; wedding style.

It's nice to see Jim getting married after having seen him going to much troubles in the past two episodes. Maybe the strongest film of the franchise this third episode benefits from a better script , some really funny jokes and a Stifler even more crazy than usual.

Series keeps getting worse and worse with each sequel
