Reviews for Animals and More Animals
The renovation of the Museum of Natural History in Paris is the subject for this beguiling documentary by Nicolas Philibert.
The film is mildly diverting, but lacks the humor and pathos that made To Be and to Have so watchable.
Philibert is most enamored of the museum's vast collection of unheimlich mammalian heads and grants them many a haunting close-up.
