Can someone please explain to me why Rotten Tomatoes is so littered with blurbs for Rated R movies that say [Pick Any Movie Featuring Beheadings, Six Hundred Eff-Bombs, or Psychodelic Buttsex and therefore RATED FRIGGING R, HELLO???] isn't for kids?

It's like the rating system doesn't exist or something. Seems such a waste of time, these blurbs. Am I taking Crazy Pills?????
