The film is short -- so short that they tacked a sentimental little music video on the end and still it finishes in plenty of time for you to go find a real baby and appreciate the far more entertaining and exciting reality of babyhood.
Is it possible for a movie to be insulting from beginning to end, without pause at all along the way? As it turns out, yes indeed!

The adult performers look genuinely embarrassed on screen. They should be. They might consider firing their agents.
Clark has made several terrific films, this is not one of them.
I'll admit to chuckling a few times during the proceedings, but it's not worth losing 1 1/2 hours of one's life for a few minutes of amusement.
Top Criticshares with most of Clark's other films an utter lack of taste and a genuinely ugly look; not only is the movie less funny than a case of diaper rash, it's even less picturesque.
One way to get through Baby Geniuses is to think about whether it really is the worst movie you've ever seen. Probably not, but pretty darn close.
