You got nothing about the character's depth in your comment...of course, there's some useless action but also shakespearian melodrama between Celina & Bruce and their second lives! I love this film!

I agree that Selina was interesting and Bruce was more well explored than in the first film, but the thousand Penguin subplots and his many schemes just take away from the relationship and Catwoman was totally different when she put on the leather. When Bruce realized this charming beautiful woman was the same one that grabbed his balls and probably murdered whoever was walking near that building she exploded, he should've punched her and turned her in
