It's New York City, and the crimelord Big Baby Sweets (Violent J) has got NYC around his finger. The NYPD is helpless so the Chief sends out for Sugar Bear (Shaggy 2 Dope), a 70s, Dolemite worshipping, rhyming supercop from San Fransisco to stop Big Baby, his Magic Ninjas, Hack Benjamin (Jumpsteady, and his 2 sidekicks, Big Stank (Jamie Madorx) and Lil' Poot (Monoxide Child), with the help of Officer Harry Cox (Harland Williams).

Going into this and only hearing maybe half of an Insane Clown Posse album I had no to low expectations. Admittedly I wasn't sober when I saw this but I actually caught myself laughing a lot. Sure, the humor is dumb, juvenile and oftentimes disgusting but I had fun watching Big Money Hustlas. The production values were

It is a goofy movie, but it had some very funny moments. It's overall goofiness and the fact that the movie doesn't take itself too seriously (i.e. violent j breaking fourth wall) was refreshing. It had some slow moments and some very lowest common denominator jokes (not surprising but hey, gotta say it) but overall
