A sexual psychopath holds a terrified city in the grip of fear, and the only hope to end his reign of terror is a young woman who just may be next on his list of victims in this dark thriller from director Zert Sineca. Scott is an overweight loser who just can't seem to get over being on the receiving end of a nasty break-up.
