Because I'm it, a small part in the barbeque scene, really it is a very well done and compelling movie and don't understand how it has not been noticed yet, perhaps it will catch on later like many indie movies, hope so.

I agree with Alex and Todd, independents take word of mouth. And like Todd said I just stumbled across this I had no idea this movie existed. If people like it word of mouth will get people to watch it. I personally thought it was just ok. There is so much more to this story and they left it out. I don't mean blood and gore. but the story of the terror Washington was under, the false leads of the infamous white van and so much more. Could have been alot better, but i understand is was this guys first film so I have to give him an A for that alone.

Bill the Butcher
I made the thread, but just made a different account. From the trailer, it was right down my alley. I hope it turns out as good as it looks, but it's a good point you brought up being it's Moors first time directing. I'll keep that in consideration when I finally get to watch it.

IFC films usually take a while to reach most cinema's (or for that matter home release). I remember I had to wait for what felt like ages for Ben Wheatley's Kill List to get a wide enough release so that I could go see it. The same was the case for Quinten Depiuex's "Wrong" which I had to wait till it came out in a local independent theatre downtown.

Does look great. But there has been little to no advertisement for it.
