Detective Sergeant Roger Rogerson (Richard Roxburgh) is known for his skill in handling tough criminals, but his secret lies in operating on both sides of the law. When he strikes a deal with drug king Neddy Smith (Tony Martin), however, his greed becomes his downfall, and as Rogerson turns against honest cop Micheal Drury (Steve Bastoni), he makes a series of mistakes that spell his demise.
