Jeremy Paul Kagan directs this Showtime family drama set in a rural village in Ireland. Bernadette Peters and Rachel Ward star as a lesbian couple who run the local tavern. I little bit depressing but the characters are very well defined and the story is a good one. Sensitively portrayed by Bernadette Peters, Rachel Ward comes off a bit too abrasive. Overall though it works, not great. but quite watchable.
