Synopsis: Stan and Ollie get mixed up in their usual amount of comic confusion after they visit Scotland to receive an inheritance. Once in Europe, they quickly learn that the money Stan was expecting... Stan and Ollie get mixed up in their usual amount of comic confusion after they visit Scotland to receive an inheritance. Once in Europe, they quickly learn that the money Stan was expecting won't be going to him after all, but to his sister, Lorna. Stan and Ollie soon end up penniless, with no shirts on their backs. While looking for clothes, they accidentally enlist in the Scottish army and get sent off to India. Fortunately, this gives Stan and Ollie the perfect chance to follow Lorna, who has gone to live with Colonel Gregor McGregor in India. Joining the comic duo is Alan Douglas, Lorna's sweetheart. But the villainous Lady Violet Ormsby, who desperately wants to get her hands on Lorna's inheritance, schemes to keep the young lovers apart.
