A dysfunctional Czech family reveals their true colors in writer/director Marcel Bystron's flashy, stylized comedy drama. Thirteen year old Tomas Vohnout and his girlfriend Madona are strolling down the street when Tomas glimpses his father chatting up a homosexual in a local café. When Madona talks Tomas into having sex, the young man's relief at realizing that homosexuality isn't inherited is soon offset by the revelation that he's about to become a father.
