Eddie Fulton (Whitfield) aims to protect photographer Laura Cross (Kristy Swanson) from becoming the next victim. But a few surprising twists and turns in the plot serve to illustrate how clever the killer is, and when Garrett falls for the charms of bondage-aficionado Cross, he unwittingly places himself in a great deal of danger, leading to a nailbiting climax to director Valerie Landsburg's film.
