By the end of the film, we've more or less given up trying to figure out how the characters are making their deductions; we just have to take it on faith that somehow everyone knows to go to a specific address in Moscow.

Here's the rather obvious reason for that one:Most of them are in the CIA, and live and/or have visited Moscow (and the specific address in Moscow) before.

Just watched the dvd. Bourne shows the address (on a slip of paper) to a taxi driver outside the Moscow train station -- one among a circle of drivers many of whom could have seen the address. The Moscow police then talk to those taxi drivers and it's logical to believe one of them remembered the address and told the police.
