Here, an academic, rather than a musician, finds his passions aroused by his landlady's seductively hunky son. The animated work "Achilles" focuses on the eponymous hero as he and his cohort Petroclus engage in love and battle during the Trojan War. Both "My Polish Waiter" and "Miguel, Ma Belle" feature protagonists who happily succeed in finding romance.
