Featuring the celebrated London Philharmonic Orchestra, they are conducted by Marin Alsop, who has been hailed as one of the best Brahms interpreters. Her illustrious career has included recordings of works by Philip Glass, Michael Torke, Leonard Bernstein, and Tchaikovsky, among many others, and she is the principle conductor of the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.
