Kind of like you eh? You are a film critic who has only reviewed one movie. Ironic?

The story was written in 1897. For Coppola to revisit 95 years later and win 3 oscars doesn't say enough for you from a technical standpoint?

I agree with the critic on this one, this film never lived up to what it should have been.

Poor acting in parts, ridiculous melodrama and a narrative that needs serious work, it's not even that good of an adaptation.

Dracula isn't scary in this movie or even very interesting, all the talent was there, but beyond the film looking incredible, it's a lifeless film.

He isn't supposed to be scary. This movie isn't and never was intended to be a horror film.

Don't ever want to watch a movie with this guy, he just doesn't get it. Oldmans acting, Coppola the genius... The only weak link here is Keanu Reeves and he doesn't even point that out.
