Critic Review - New Yorker

Along came the interstate, apparently, and ruined everything. Just like that darned Internet, I guess, or that superhighway stuff, or those dumb movies they make with computers nowadays.

You should be more with the times now since you claim to be a critic of films? CGI is the way forward

You know what? I support this guy's opinion. While I disagree with the notion that the Internet caused the quality of movies to drop, I fully agree that CGI has become an excuse for bad film-making. Even Pixar can't escape it with stuff like "Cars".

I don't think the message of Cars was one of anti-technology. It was more of a "stop and the smell the roses" and find some meaning to your life rather than focusing on superficiality and reputation. It wasn't Pixar's greatest film but it doesn't deserve a rotten tomato.
