Liam Neeson's 10 Best Movies

The journey between arthouse and IMAX can be a treacherous trip for an actor, but Liam Neeson has navigated it more nimbly than most over the course of his lengthy career, booking major roles in Serious Movies (Schindler's List) while leaving room for horror (The Haunting), romance (Love Actually), and blockbuster franchises (The Phantom Menace, Batman Begins) -- not to mention a recent string of action thrillers that, with this weekend's Non-Stop, finds Mr. Neeson kicking bad-guy butt on a crowded transatlantic flight. What better way to celebrate his accomplishments than a look at his best-reviewed movies? Here's Total Recall!More…

RT on DVD & Blu-Ray: Clash of the Titans and Repo Men

After a few relatively dry weeks of home video releases, we finally get a handful of more notable and/or interesting titles, sure to please everyone from the comic fanboy to the kung fu connoisseur to the '80s action nut. Box Office Guru Wrapup: Date Night Battles Titans for Top Spot

This weekend, in a virtual dead heat for first place, Fox's new comedy "Date Night" opened with about as much in ticket sales as the second session of the Warner Bros. 3D epic "Clash of the Titans." Sunday estimates from the studios had the films separated by only $225,000 which is not enough to claim a decisive victory, but both films certainly pulled in solid amounts powering the overall marketplace to another very strong spring frame. Final grosses to be reported on Monday, after Sunday sales are counted, will determine the official rankings.More…

Box Office Guru Wrapup: Titans has a monster opening

This weekend, proving it could attract big bucks from a 2D action film converted to 3D, Warner Bros. conquered the global box office with its epic remake Clash of the Titans which pulled in over $100M this weekend from theaters across the world powered by higher-priced tickets for the upgraded format. Audiences in North America had plenty of extra dollars to spare as Tyler Perry's latest hit Why Did I Get Married Too? and the new Miley Cyrus drama The Last Song both connected with their respective fan bases enjoying solid openings. Add in a strong second frame for the 3D toon How To Train Your Dragon and the box office shattered records to become the largest Easter weekend in history as well as the biggest frame ever in the month of April.More…

Critics Consensus: Titans Is Not A Kraken Good Time

This week at the movies, we've got swords and sandals (Clash of the Titans, starring Sam Worthington and Liam Neeson); teen romance (The Last Song, starring Miley Cyrus and Greg Kinnear); and couplehood challenges (Tyler Perry's Why Did I Get Married Too, starring Janet Jackson and Michael Jai White). What do the critics have to say? The original Clash of the Titans was campy, goofy, and plenty of fun - partly because of the charmingly lo-fi special effects. However, critics say the big-budget remake lacks the joie de vivre of the original. Miley Cyrus can't play Hannah Montana forever, so what better way to take baby steps toward an adult film career is there than starring in a Nicholas Sparks movie? Unfortunately, critics say Cyrus' showcase, The Last Song, is a bland, bloodless weepie.More…
