Episode 19 - The Carnage in the North II
War! The first battle against mighty Isleys’s forces is underway, and the Claymores gathered to undo their evil plan struggle against towering odds. The wounded multiply and chaos splinters the ranks, the strongest having to fight alone as the weaker fall into the snow.
When the last sword is sheathed, mutiny threatens the authority of Miria… But the best strategies are often hard to explain, the results best left to speak their own truth. One thing is certain: This army of silver-eyed soldiers faces certain destruction. Determination will guide their blades, each slash a valuable lesson. A faint hope is all that is left.
Episode 20 - The Carnage in the North III
The first battle of the war in the north has been fought, and those that remain standing do not take their survival for granted. The battered Claymores harbor a fear greater than that of death - The prospect of Awakening. The soldiers rest easy for now, but all know that their destiny is near.
The new army tightens their ranks, searching for any hope to bolster ravaged spirits and digging in deeper to face the coming foe. It will be left to Rigaldo to dispatch of these follies of man. The forces of evil are on the move, advancing with a singular purpose… In the name of Isley, every trace of Claymore and civilian alike will be erased from the city of Pieta and beyond.
Episode 21 - Invasion of Pieta I
The roars of the advancing army of the Awakened echo among snowy peaks, and the gathered Claymore forces anticipate attack with blades at the ready. Their wait is not long, the bloodshed is instant. The dead are many. In the heat of conflict, the monstrous masses make a sudden move - A course of action which leaves the battered Claymores lost in confusion.
When the Claymore troops see what confronts them, disorientation turns into terror. The first strike of this mighty new foe creates chaos, the raw brutality of his cunning unnerving. But Clare still stands and fights with purpose… That purpose has a name - Raki. He is close. But between the two souls who long for reunion, an unmasked terror will test the boy’s mettle like never before.
Episode 22 - Invasion of Pieta II
Clare and Raki each fight their own battle for humanity, separated by miles and memory. If they ever meet again, will recognition ring out between two so horribly scarred? Rigaldo continues to tear his way through the ranks of Claymore, destroying any who turn their blade his way.
The silver-eyed army teeters on the brink of collapse, the sturdiest among them fast reaching their breaking points. Some will find death. Some will stir the beast within, held at bay for so long. Only one among them, Clare, is well in tune with the ferocious powers that boil within the veins of their kind. Digging deeper into the pits of uncertain madness than she has ever dared before, the enemy prepares to deliver the final blow.
