3.5/10. They can call it a modern day "On the Waterfront" all they want, but it can't hold a candle to that classic Oscar winning film. It has the most obnoxious rap music score that got so irritating I kept hitting the mute button. Crass, unpleasant and a completely uneeded film. I was so glad when the end credits finally arrived. Some good performances can't make up for the rest of the film.
