Two cops find themselves constantly thwarted in their efforts to bust the overlords behind a group of miscreants who deal in human smuggling. But that all changes when one of them becomes blessed with incredible powers after becoming trapped in a freezer. Using the powers to obliterate every criminal that strays into their path, the two men decide to avoid the paperwork and lengthy court dates that clutter up their time, and simply kill everything in sight. But as he slowly turns into another species entirely, and his partner starts to have doubts about their new working methods, Goth's movie builds to an eyebrow-raising finale that should satisfy fans of similarly-themed films such as AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON.
