Dr. Evol writes: on Oct 30 2007 05:52 AM I didnīt care much for the first movie but What Iīm looking forward to this is how they used their Red camera, it should be interesting. (Reply to this) |

Gimy writes: on Oct 30 2007 06:04 AM you know what, yeah its a stupid plot and the action scenes aren't nearly as crisp as Transporter but...at least they KNOW its a stupid action flick. thats better than some of these movies TRYING to be so serious and ending up laughable. Stathom always is entertaining so they could go to Crank 100 for all i care, as long as its not sad to watch an old action star(uhm...Stallone) outliving his tough guy image. i'm waiting for Crank Cloned...in which well, dude gets cloned and has to defeat himself and steal his own HEALTHY...cells. (Reply to this) |

0LDB0Y writes: on Oct 30 2007 06:42 AM In reply to this comment (#1234095) I agree Gimy. As long as they know its sillyness, just like Shoot Em' Up, it's going to be a fun movie. (Reply to this) |

blank blank writes: on Oct 30 2007 07:08 AM im all for movies like michael clayton and syriana, but sometimes i just want to let my mind go and watch some crazy mindless fun. bring it on (Reply to this) |

Sparky4Life writes: on Oct 30 2007 07:10 AM First movie was ridiculous. This movie will surely out-do the first in the ridiculous catagory. Pure crap. Why not take the money and give it to the poor or make a "good" movie. (Reply to this) |
Shatter24 writes: on Oct 30 2007 07:22 AM I agree, the first movie was a let down. I expected something like his Transporter film, but this one was just over the top, mindless crap w/o particularly good action sequences. Statham can do so much better. (Reply to this) |

MountRussmore writes: on Oct 30 2007 07:44 AM First movie was friggin' hilarious. I laughed until I s%&t myself, and then I laughed some more..... (Reply to this) |

aconline writes: on Oct 30 2007 08:31 AM Loved the first. Will see this one, too. As long as they entertain me, I am all for it. It is after they stop entertaining me that they get annoying, ie Pirates of the Carribbean. (Reply to this) |
D-ROCK21 writes: on Oct 30 2007 09:03 AM I can't believe it! This may just work. CaN'T wait! (Reply to this) |

smi1ey writes: on Oct 30 2007 09:29 AM if you took the first crank the least bit seriously, you were disappointed. i'm not at all surprised by such a crazy plot for the sequel, because the first movie was just as crazy! it was a roller coaster ride of insanity, and i loved it. definitely will making it out to see the sequel. :) (Reply to this) |

Bardego writes: on Oct 30 2007 09:38 AM That could be...... That could be the worst premise I've ever heard. (Reply to this) |

deneco4 writes: on Oct 30 2007 01:19 PM awesome. I LOVE HOW MUCH BALLS THEYVE GOT to actually do this. You know, its nice to see a movie that says "Screw logic, screw popularity, we are doin it our way!" and thats what movies are about...making the impossible possible. I love that they are doing this. Jason Stratham is badass enough to survive, even death! (Reply to this) |
xenogears writes: on Oct 30 2007 01:25 PM Nothing like laughs and azz....kicking that is. I wonder why statham didn't do hitman, he would have been perfect. Oh well, gotta love the Crank. CRANK! CRANK! (Reply to this) |

foodstamps_govermentcheez writes: on Oct 30 2007 01:50 PM Oh YAY Jason Statham in another action movie just like The One,Transporter,Transporter 2,crank..........and now this.He beats up a bunch of bad guys and everyone is ****in happy at the end oh woo hoo........Jason has potenial give this man a better script to work with.I think the only movie that i liked him in was the italian job. (Reply to this) |

clamman27 writes: on Oct 30 2007 02:20 PM Yeah you have to give a movie credit just says WTF let's just have a good time... let's see how far out we can go... The first one was a blast. I can't wait to see what the hell they're going to do next. (Reply to this) |
TheSloppyJesus writes: on Oct 30 2007 02:47 PM That's hilarious! The first film isn't very impressive or funny unless you're drunk... which I was, so I liked it. How funny was it when he fell out of the helicopter that apparently was able to ascend to 40,000 ft. in 3 seconds? And make a cell phone call on the way down... not just that... but leave a friggin' message... priceless. I'll wait for the dvd unless the trailers just blow me away. Statham's not a bad actor, but his recent choices for films don't give him the opportunity to display his talents aside from kickin' ***. His best work is "Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels" and "Snatch". (Reply to this) |
Young Turk writes: on Oct 30 2007 03:21 PM In reply to this comment (#1234414) Oh I wasn't disappointed at all, it was the most entertaining piece of **** I had ever seen. (Reply to this) |
ItchyBarracuda writes: on Oct 30 2007 04:15 PM You have to be ****ing kidding me. Either they're going for ultra ridiculous now or they've lost their minds. The first one was believable in the sense of how everything occured, but THIS sounds absolutely idiotic (Reply to this) |
killermonkey8822 writes: on Oct 30 2007 05:19 PM crank was no snatch.... but it was "a lot" better then the transporter series, and very enjoyable, no matter how ridiculous it was, i still loved it.... this movie sounds even more stupid then the first film, but as long as it entertains me like the first film did, it should be good. (Reply to this) |
Scottworth writes: on Oct 31 2007 12:54 AM Seriously? I'm not sure if I got the first one, was it not meant to be a piss-take on the action movie genre? (Reply to this) |
Kevin E. writes: on Oct 31 2007 01:23 PM Awesome, the first one was the best dumb action flick in years! PS. He didnt die at the end of the first one. Right after he fell onto the car and did a belly flop on the concrete you can still hear his heart beat for an extra second than it should if he was dead (in movie logic that is). (Reply to this) |
tkl0085 writes: on Oct 31 2007 01:25 PM crank sucked so i'll skip two-thanks though! (Reply to this) |
Evil Wolfie writes: on Oct 31 2007 04:47 PM Crank 2 = Freaking YES! Screw you, Logic!! (Reply to this) |
WeaponAndy writes: on Oct 31 2007 04:55 PM The first one was ridiculous, but it was so crazy it was awesome. This one sounds definitely ten times more insane then the first one...why they bring Chelios back will be interesting to see to say the least and in Statham's traditional ways, the action is probably going to be amped up even higher than the first ones. (Reply to this) |
N720MF writes: on Oct 31 2007 05:32 PM "Why not take the money and give it to the poor or make a "good" movie." Just a very dumb comment overall. "Give it to the poor;" uh, they're movie producers, not philanthropists, so .... no. "Make a 'good' movie;" uh, that's not their job either. Their job is to make money, and if that includes making entertaining movies with no depth, then that's how it is. Crank was fun; hopefully they can keep it fresh. (Reply to this) |
pwnsauce3k writes: on Oct 31 2007 05:47 PM Calling his heart indestructible doesn't explain how he'd survive what happened to him in the first film. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. (Reply to this) |
killermonkey8822 writes: on Oct 31 2007 05:49 PM In reply to this comment (#1236883) that's one of the most ridiculous things that i have ever heard.... but whatever, it is "crank" after all. (Reply to this) |
killermonkey8822 writes: on Oct 31 2007 05:52 PM In reply to this comment (#1236883) has anybody here ever seen snatch?.... it has a great cast, and it is easily my favorite Jason Statham movie. (Reply to this) |
