Upon encountering a frigid welcome from the locals, the doctor's trip then takes an even worse turn when flesh eating cockroaches from Africa invade the town. The bugs attack by finding human hosts upon which to breed and it is up to Dr. Cahill to regain his steady hand in saving this infestation from continuing.
