Thanks to Rebecca Snow, mistress of the powerful and vicious Morgan Wells, Jack learns of the cyberspace penitentiary and gets caught up in a dangerous plot to prevent its becoming active. Rebecca has stolen the disk with the weapon's blueprint, and has the information tattooed on Jack's body.
