The action takes place on the island of Pacifica, where sailor Jack Morris has dropped anchor. Thanks to Rebecca Snow, mistress of the powerful and vicious Morgan Wells, Jack learns of the cyberspace penitentiary and gets caught up in a dangerous plot to prevent its becoming active. Rebecca has stolen the disk with the weapon's blueprint, and has the information tattooed on Jack's body.
