Rebuilding the city is the shadowy, elitist DC organization, who handpicks specialized pilots to drive their massive robots. After Ken Ando is rejected from DC, he stumbles across something even greater than a coveted pilot's position: the mysterious giant robot CYBUSTER. With Cybuster's help, Ken begins a campaign to expose the corruption of DC and bring the organization to its knees. In VOLUME FOUR: MICRO BLACK HOLE CANNON, DC is threatened with international sanctions for its activities, thanks in part to the efforts of Ken and his growing rebellion.
