These scenes are so inevitable, you could develop a drinking game around them.

Maybe it's about time Murphy fired his agent and tried reviving his career.

My advice is to beat your children rather than take them to Daddy Day Care.

Daddy Day Care just wants to make you laugh, and make your kids laugh too.

Someone needs a time-out to think about writing a better script.

It moves with such turgid lack of energy that I found myself wincing, trying to smooth over the rhythm with my imagination.

The kiddies will love every formulaic moment. Heck, they probably won't even care that quality thespian Angelica Huston is reduced to an embarrassing wreck.

Daddy Day Care is a manufactured film which is willing to capitalize on the fact that a sucker of a filmgoer is born every minute.

Eddie Murphy has kept his swelled ego in check here, but being too naughty when it should be nice stings the movie.

Talvez suas cenas funcionassem melhor caso fossem acompanhadas por uma trilha de risadas gravadas. Esta, aliás, seria a única forma de ouvirmos risos nos cinemas que exibirem este filme.

Daddy Day Care is ground zero in the new breed of awful family movies -- entertainment designed for parents who'll take their kids to anything that shuts them up for 90 minutes.

Daddy Day Care is a kid flick that's been kitted out with a lot of grown-up smart-assness—the better to broaden its appeal to audiences who weren't born in the '90s.

The movie is clearly aimed at kids, but is this really the kind of stuff we should be filling their brains with?

No one wants to let Eddie and his partner watch their kids at first because they are men, and of course men are only good at tweaking their cars to shoot flames from the engine.

["Daddy Day Care"] is a straightforward, don't-expect-any-surprises kind of pre-summer entertainment that has a good supporting cast, precocious kids and a premise that lends itself to slapstick comedy.

The title tells it all, and when you cast Eddie Murphy in that role, you know you've got the attention of the family trade who will have an almost hypocritically high tolerance for raunchy gags.
