Audience Reviews for Dane Cook: Rough Around The Edges
Taped live in November of 2006, this hour long combination DVD and CD chronicles Dane Cook's first sold out appearance at the famed, "Madison Square Garden."
Nice comedy. Dane Cook is a very funny guy, I love his movies and his comedy acts are always hilarious. 'Rough Around The Edges' - where Dane performs live at Madison Square Garden, features some really funny material - his description of a guy trying to make do without a condom was probably the high point for me! The only downer (and what a downer it is) was the hysterical audience soundtrack which you have to put up with throughout. At one point it sounded like someone was having a panic attack, such was the volume of hysterical screaming. Recommended to all Dane Cook fans.
Wow. Seriously the worst standup I've ever seen recorded. Who the hell taped this? The camera is all over the place and the audience is drunk as hell and screaming would be screaming over his jokes if there were any. A lot of just drawn out stories that don't sound authentic or funny. How long does a bit need to be about you not going to a petting farm as a child? Now that the Dane craze is pretty much died, I'm kinda interested to revisit some of the older material that I remember being funny.More
