Movie Info

Aired from 1966 to 1971 on ABC-TV, "Dark Shadows," the gothic soap opera, featuring the guilt-ridden 175-year-old vampire Barnabas Collins, became one of the most popular series on daytime television. After the death of family patriarch Daniel Collins, Gabriel and his wife Edith destroy the old man's revised will and plot to inherit the Collins family fortune. Barnabas and Desmond, in the meantime, attempt to rescue Quentin, when he goes to be tried for witchcraft.
