It's probably the best slasher film to come out of Europe since Alex Aja's now classic gore fest 'High Tension.'

Reviews for Dead in 3 Days
Dead in 3 Days isn't a particularly effective genre film, but it is more interesting than the DVD cover description would lead you to believe.
It's hardly among the best of the Dimension Extreme acquisitions, but it works well enough for a 90-minute time-waster.
