  • A new stepping and core/abdominal training workout that requires you to ‘tap less’ and step more! The ‘tap less’ style encourages constant motion throughout the workout. Deirdre’s fun choreography flows in a non-top manner, moving the exerciser on an around the step without ever tapping down. This workout also includes an abdominal section and final stretch. There is a bonus Double Step section that can be done with one step or two. The DVD has multiple pre-mixes which utilize different portions of the choreography to better tailor the workout to meet individual fitness goals. Deidre Morris is an ACE, AFAA, and Can-Fit-Pro Continuing Educational Specialist as well as a BOSU Master Trainer. She presents instructor workshops and certifications throughout the US and Canada in just about every class format available. Deirdre authored the AFAA approved course, ‘Advanced Tapless Step Certification’. Finally, she enjoyed teaching innovative choreography to their classes.
