RT's rating system is very odd.... I think it would make more sense if it averaged the specific scores each reviewer gave.

it does that as well, under the percentage score it says average rating: e.g. this has 6.3/10 average.

It won't hold it, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's the highest rated animated film of the summer. Unlike Epic this has a 7/10 score (Epic still had a 6/10 at 100%) which means settling around the 80% range is likely.
