Varun has a loving wife, a six-year-old son, and a loyal friend, Suraj (Sunil Shetty). His is in most respects an ideal life, but Varun's conscience and his patience are plagued by the criminal justice system, where the law enforcement team risks life and limb to arrest criminals, only to have defense lawyers put them back on the street through dubious bureaucratic means. Varun voices his opinions to Suraj, who is studying to become a defense lawyer, and convinces him to become a prosecutor instead. When Varun finds himself facing the country's most notorious criminals in court, as well as his nefarious lawyer, Suraj vows to defend his friend and bring down the criminals, despite their seemingly invincible status.
