Dick Tracy comes to life in these three 1946-47 features starring Ralph Byrd as the squarejawed detective. Tracy goes up against "Cueball," a bald headed jewelry thief who strangles his victims, "The Claw", a one armed thug with an iron hook used for his missing hand, and "Gruesome," a crook who has obtained a formula that can freeze people in their place.
