  • The fourth and last of the 15-chapter serials has Dick Tracy (Ralph Byrd) up against the Ghost, an invisible villain terrorizing the city. The Ghost is a fiendish master criminal who has the ability to make himself invisible. One of the Ghost's ambitions is to wipe out New York City with a gigantic tidal wave. The master criminal is working for a foreign power, dynamiting harbors and stealing defense secrets. Can Dick Tracy save the Big Apple from being swallowed up by the sea?
