A genuinely original science fiction film that grabs you immediately, not letting go until the final shot.
Nice Spoilers, douchebag. Why not just give away the ending while you're at it? I've read a lot of crappy reviews on RT, but this one actually warrants a banning.

Usually a movie has to be Extremely good to get good reviews by the harsh RottenTomatoes critics, so it must be amazing! I'll have to see it...

Genuinely original... That's a bold statement these days. I plan on seeing the movie anyway, and hope it holds up to what I consider those two most important words one can use to describe a film.

Boy, isn't that the truth. There is so little creativity in films these days, to see something truly original would be a breath of fresh air.

That is too much of a spoiler from what I would be expecting in a review... (At least, he could have put on a [spoiler] warning if he really wants to talk in details about the film's story, so that people who want to be blissfully ignorance of that detail can actually learn from the film by themselves!) I was reading and when I thought he was about to finish with the story part and scan through the entire next paragraph to see him explaining how great the film is, MORE of the story caught me off guard! I stop right there, but I still know more than what I would care to know prior seeing the film...Still, look like it is going to be a great movie. Hoping that it would stay in the 90% (or even 100% if that is possible.)

Yes, this movie is COMPLETELY original. If you ignore all the other movies it rips off, like, say Alien Nation.

@Maven .. haha - Alien Nation .. right up there with Enemy Mine, V, They Live, Starman, ET and Buckaroo Banzai .. of course Star Trek (particularly the TNG years) seemed to have a lot to say using human/alien racial reconciliation issues ..
