I never understood how idiots like you can become film critics. The nasty manipulative humans you're talking about were probably ten times worse in real life. This film is based on a true story dickhead. You should review cartoons instead of films.

'Hard to develop any sympathy'..? I can only assume you were out of the room every time Pacino's character was on screen then.
Either that, or you were determined not to care (or to like the film) from the outset.
