Smartly cast and with a sharp team behind the scenes, there is no good reason why "Dredd 3D" is such a clunk-headed action picture.
And now the top critic score is officially ruined, no going back now xD

Still fresh = ruined? Sweet logic bro lol. I also love that you take joy in it falling as if critics have any power over what movies people want to see. The majority of critics today are so jaded that I can't even take what their opinion seriously.

You sound even more jaded than those supposed critics.. you came here to jump on this guy.. for what reason really??

This is an idiotic review that seems to completely miss the point. This movie was a perfect adaptation of the source material, and as fan of Dredd in my youth, I LOVED IT!

I concur. Exactly what Ive been thinking after watching the movie. And seriously why didnt Urban take the helmet off at some point?
Sep 30 - 10:48 PM
IGN called the film a "character study fueled by violence" and the helmet is part of that. Faces show your soul: justice has no soul and Dredd IS justice. I'm a huge comic book fan but Dredd was my introduction to the character and it really got me interested to read more.

Keith Urban should have played Dredd. That's the reason. Wrong Urban.
