Extremely bored, she does little but attend Mass and religious processions. She left a convent at 17 to marry him under the strict rule that he would allow her to remain chaste. Unbeknownst to her, however, he gives her sleeping powder at night so that he can rape her as she sleeps. Excitement enters her life, though, when the elderly town priest steps down and is replaced by Santiago, a handsome young man in his 30s. Natalia finds herself falling in true love for the first time in her life, and Santiago must choose between religion and passion. [More]
