Charley is 15. After his mother was killed by a drunk driver, he is sent to live in the same quiet Washington town with his strict military father. Eban and Charley strike up a friendship which becomes physical after young Charley makes the first move. But when both of their families learn of their relationship, they threaten to notify the police--and Eban and Charley are forced to make a tough decision.
