Extolling the virtues of "the virgin maid" she began to be ridiculed by her peers. This is also when she began to hear the Voices. Christopher was the only one who understood. After pledging their love for one another, Christopher mysteriously disappears. Five years later Sarah still waits. The Voices have grown stronger. Her now frequent visions have become more intense. To others, Sarah is regarded as darkly mysterious. Some fear her. Some, like Alec, desire her, while Dave is determined to find out the truth. Sarah now finds herself caught between the memory of her first love and the forces that seek to challenge her vow…and take it by force. [More]

Sarah's personal ad: I like candles, acting, and fasting for God. I don't date, but will tell all my secrets if you answer one riddle. For a surreal time, call...
By pushing an easy answer and ignoring the complexities of desire, the filmmakers don’t speak authentically to a contemporary youth audience, no matter how much lip gloss they put on their heroine.
It's a bad movie, weakly written and featuring many hilarious moments of over-the-top acting and silly plotting.
Though the 'religious' overtones are a new touch, ends up seeming like one of those amusingly cheesy semi-supernatural thrillers broadcast as 'originals' on the SciFi Network.
