  • THE TRIPLE CROWN. In this historic show, millions watched as EliteXC and CBS presented three world title fights! First, in the highly anticipated rematch, EliteXC middleweight champion "Ruthless" Robbie Lawler defends once again versus top contender, Scott "Hands of Steel" Smith. Their first match was a candidate for fight of the year until an eye injury caused a stoppage! Next, to establish a new welterweight champion, Jake "The American Dream" Shields goes head to head with Nick "The Goat" Thompson! To finish the night of champions, EliteXC's first ever heavyweight champion will be crowned as Antonio "Big Foot" Silva takes on the dangerous Justin Eilers.
  • Also featured: MMA bad boy Nick Diaz faces "King of the Cage" veteran, Thomas "The Wildman" Denny, budding superstar Rafael Feijao challenges the Canadian "King of the Cage" light-heavyweight champion Travias Galbraith, and in a battle of female stars, Shayna "Queen of Spades" Baszler goes head to head with the vicious striker from Brazil, Cristiane Cyborg.
