Astronomers have found gaping holes in the universe, but they should of started the search with The Empire Strikes Back

I would like to start off by saying that I have watched each Star Wars episode over 100 times and this is by far the worst of the sixology. Especially after the release of episodes 1-3, George Lucas failure is now complete! The first gaffe occurs when Luke cuts off the wampas arm then with lightsaber in hand decides to run out into an ice storm instead of finishing off the wampa, sorry folks, but it doesn't make any sense..and could someone tell me how the teeth of the exogorth was completely visible when Han was flying out of the asteroid cave but they flew into it having no clue that it was no cave? And how about Luke flying his xwing out of hoth without a trace of the Empire in sight, while in the meanwhile the Empire had an entire fleet surrounding the planet, requiring the fleet to fire the ion cannon to allow transports to escape...so they have an ion cannon to disabilize a star destroyer but nothing to put a dent in those walkers...and to top it all of luke trains for a few days to become a jedi and learns enough to put up a decent fight against Vader, yet as we saw in the prequels it took many many years to advance past the stage of even being considered a padawan learner. Folks if you have been blinded by this perhaps your thinking has been twisted by the dogmatic, narrow-minded view of the Jedi. hopefully this review has enlightened you, and if you've never seen star wars before, I suggest only watching Episode 1 the phantom menace, and Episode 4 a new hope, they are the best of each trilogy and it goes downhill quickly after that...And You Heard That Here First!!

You have to be joking. I'm done. I'm done with people. Now that I've read this review, all I will do is stay at home and watch The Empire Strikes Back and say "It's my favorite movie! How could anybody think it's bad?" Also, sir, you say one of the best movies is The Phantom Menace? Have you even seen The Phantom Menace? It has a CGI rabbit that steps in the poopy! Do you know anything about Star Wars or films in general? You shouldn't be talking about Star Wars.

Yes, because the prequels were made first, right? LOL Idiot!

Phantom Menace was weak. Overly-childish and lapses in logic abound. For someone nitpicking Empire, maybe you should examine Phantom Menace. Revenge of the Sith is by far the best of the prequels. I'm tempted to say that's not even just my opinion, but fact. but it isn't...

The only legitimate point you have is why didn't they use the ion cannon against the walkers, the rest is thoroughly explaned in the film, fuck pay attention

Anyone who says that Phantom Menace is a good movie immediately loses credibility by default.

Ouch! I've been a Star Wars fan since I can remember, and the worst one is The Phantom Menace just because of that god awful performance by the kid (Jake Lloyd) who played the part of Anakin. Yes all the movies may have unorthodox moments, but they were still great!
The best one, well for me at least, from each trilogy is Revenge of the Sith and Return of the Jedi.

Strange you say Jedi is your favorite of the originals. I thought it was the weakest. I was very underwhelmed with the ending and the ewoks were obnoxious. But it's interesting to hear your opinion. What do you see in it?

Well for me, the retribution of Anakin/Vader with Luke's help. The lightsaber dual was the best one in the trilogy. I liked the speeder chase on Endor and the "rescue Han from Jabba" sequence. The battle with the Ewoks against the Empire did not bother me that much... I know I am in the minority, but I'm not saying that A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back are least entertaining, I just like Return of the Jedi better...

Yea, you named the best stuff in Jedi. It's far from a bad movie, but I found it an underwhelming end to such a great trilogy. It's funny though, because when I was a kid, it was my favorite one. But as I got older, it's flaws became more apparent.

Luke does have a battle with Vader, but he loses miserably. And the with Yoda being the last Jedi, Luke didn't have may years to become a Padawan, so he had to train. And finally, The only thing worse than Phantom Menace is Attack of the Clones.

The rebel forces on Hoth never expected a ground assault on their base but were prepared for a fleet evacuation thus the ion cannon.
Han flew the falcon into the exogorth's arse (entrance) and out through it's mouth
