There is little charm in the coupling and almost no erotic intimacy, just a series of nerve-racking conversational collisions.

It has to have conversation to progress the love story. You can't be looking for erotic intimacy in all romances.

you are just a dirty old man, looking to see women topless. Go look at a porno, and stop judging good movies

I think love doesn't need erotic intimacy.

If you watched the movie as much as I did and actually payed attention; you would find that there are some semi erotic scenes, although it's not physical. It takes some sort of understanding of basic human relations to spot them, but I guess you overlooked it.

Looking for sex in a true love story is like trying to find it in a museum.

This movie was not about sexual but rather intellectual intimacy. (A mindfuck, if you will, in every sense of the word). Take another look at it with that frame of mind.
